Please email or phone for a return authorization number, without this your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened breast pumps or breast care products and accessories or breast pump parts that are not sealed due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS).
